Rancheria Trail – Day Hike

We created a trail on the Sequoia National Forest called the “Rancheria Trail.” It is a combination of cattle trails and an old abandoned road. We parked just within the Forest boundary and made are way along the trail. It is an easy hike and great way to get outdoors during the winter and early spring months. I wouldn’t recommend it for the summer as the lower elevations would be very hot and likely uncomfortable to hike around in for fun.
